Watermelon Blueberry Fizz Recipe

Oh.  My.  Gosh girls!  So refreshing 😍.

This fruit-infused water is like all the things we love about summer in a glass…the mint, refreshing…the lemon, tart…and the watermelon, sweet. (Blueberries are just fun to watch bouncing around in your bubbly fruit water 😘).  A beautiful glass!

Yesterday, I made a batch of my watermelon mint salad to go along with lunch.  I had a cup or so leftover, so I placed it in the fridge.

When I took it out this afternoon, the juices had softened the melon, and the lemon and mint flavors had blended so delightfully well…I thought “This would make amazing fruit water!”

And may I just say, it really did!  I took it to the pool and enjoyed every single sip 🍹.  In fact, I was sad when it was all gone!

You will love it, too!  Here’s the recipe:

– ice

– sparkling mineral water

– 1/4 cup watermelon mint salad + juice

Fill your favorite glass or beach mug 1/2 full with ice.  Add watermelon salad (juice and all!).  Fill to the top with more ice.  Pour water over.

This is sure to be a hit at your next beach, terrace, or patio party!  Or, if you’re like me, your next pool day.

PS – the watermelon mint salad has become my signature dish, and I love hearing about how people enjoy it!  So if you try this watermelon blueberry fizz recipe, will you comment below and tell me about it?  Where did you enjoy it?  Oh, and snap a pic too – I’d love to see your glass!

Cheers 😘 – Katy
