Buttery Croissant Sandwich Recipe

Nothing like an all-natural, buttery croissant sandwich to start the weekend off right! 🥐 

This sandwich packs a protein punch (40 grams!) that’s perfect for leg day and easy to share with someone! 

Don’t fear the fat – if you get a croissant made with real butter, it will burn clean.  A wonderful treat that, when balanced correctly, won’t set you back 👍

Balance it by adding a side of fresh organic fruit for that whole-food nutrition! 

Croissant lunch sandwich recipe:


– 1 croissant. Make sure no hydrogenated oils (margarine) in the ingredients list!

– 2 free-range eggs.

– 2 slices nitrate-free, uncured Canadian bacon.

– 1 slice reduced-fat real Swiss cheese. 


In a pan sprayed with organic olive oil, cook the eggs to your liking (I like mine with soft-yolks).  Sprinkle with Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Set the bacon in the same pan and let it crops while the eggs cook, flipping once to brown on each side. 

While the eggs and bacon cook, slice your croissant and set the cheese on one of the halves.

Add the eggs and bacon onto the half with the cheese on it, and set the other half on top to create your sandwich.

Serve warm, with a side of fresh fruit 🍓 and organic coffee ☕️
