Sparkly Mocktail

Fabulous brunch mocktail recipe!

When you’re eating healthy or going “no” or “low” on the alcohol, you can still chink champagne glasses with your people and enjoy a bubbly mocktail!

What would brunch be without a mimosa?

Here’s a glamorous faux one:


Sparkly Brunch Mocktail:

– The juice of one clementine or 2 tablespoons orange juice.
– Chilled sparkling water.
– Strawberry for garnish.

Serve in a champagne glass!

Substitute idea: cranberry for orange juice 🙂
