We can make our own cold brew, and it’s healthy, dark, and absolutely amazing!
- 1.5 cups ground organic coffee.
- 7 cups pure water.
Place coffee in large glass container – I use a large, 8 cup glass measuring cup with a rubber lid. Stir. Cover and place in refrigerator for 16 hours.
I put mine in at 5 pm the day before I want it, and make it at 9 am the following morning.
Using a sieve or a regular coffee filter, filter the ground from the coffee concentrate and pour your fresh cold brew into a smaller glass container, like the juice glass I use above.
Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
To serve as iced coffee:
Pour into your favorite glass or insulated mug, and you can either dilute it 2:1 water to coffee concentrate ratio over ice, or go strong and pour directly over ice. That’s what I do 😜
Add organic half and half or all-natural creamer and enjoy!
