Heading to the beach 🌊 boat 🚣🏼 or pool 🏊 this weekend?
Avoid the bloat! 👇🏼
1. Eat small portions of clean, fresh, healthy food.
2. Drink at least 80 ounces of water in between meals (not with meals – that causes bloating!)
