This recipe can be made with either Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology (I use chocolate vegan) with delicious results.

Peppermint Patty Shakeology Recipe:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice
1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Shakeology
½ tsp. pure peppermint extract or all-natural peppermint syrup
1 tsp. shaved dark chocolate
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
1. Place almond milk, ice, Shakeology, and extract in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. I like to blend for a longer time period so it’s super-frothy!
2. Garnish with chocolate and mint leaves.
Makes 1 serving.
