Christmas Salad Recipe

Sooo many things to love about this pretty Christmas 🎄 salad 🥗:

1: it’s raw, so the nutrients are able to work at their peak!

2: it’s super-immune-boosting, so it will help protect you from catching that cold that’s going around (and if you’re sick, it’s a very potent healer!). You have raw lemon, tomato, kale and spinach to thank for that!

3: it’s anti-cancer (from all ingredients!).

4: it’s soothing to the digestive tract, thanks to avocado 🥑!

5: it’s gluten-free, raw, vegan, supper food, Mediterranean, low-carb, 21 Day Fix, and clean (basically it’s everything) oh, you’ll be so trendy 😎!

6: it’s delicious! I think that may be my favorite part 😋!

7: it’s anti-inflammatory, so healing your body from the inside, out.

8: it boosts cell renewal to give you glowing skin 😌 you’ll look so fresh!

Basically, you need this salad in your weekly rotation, so here’s the recipe:

➡️ 4 handfuls super-greens mix (kale and spinach) shredded.
➡️ 1 avocado, diced.
➡️ 1 lemon, juiced.
➡️ 1 tomato, diced.
➡️ sprinkle of Himalayan salt.
➡️ sprinkle black pepper.
➡️ drizzle olive oil.

Divide vegetables evenly onto 2 plates and squeeze lemon juice over. Drizzle olive oil. Sprinkle seasonings. Enjoy 😘

I just made one for Andy and I as an afternoon snack 👌 and I feel refreshed, fit, and renewed from this life-giving food!
