As a fully-engaged wife, mom of three, and entrepreneur running several businesses, my commitment to excellence is to be as productive with my time as possible and focus 80% of my time on the most important thing: my people. You included!
I set aside several blocks of time each week to connect with you – my fitness community – in order to respond personally to every comment and message I receive (and if you send me an email, I’ll respond with a private video message just for you!).
However, if I happen to miss your message, please leave a comment on a blog post, send me an email, or tag me on Facebook! You are important to me, and I’d hate to accidentally leave your message unanswered.
I’ll be straight up with you – keeping this blog running and providing complementary groups, training and resources is expensive. And though I’d certainly do it for free because I LOVE it so much, my financial adviser is happy only when my business earns money 😃 And that’s a good thing, because it provides me the opportunity to create on this blog and serve you with my best!
So occasionally, if it’s a company, organization, or product I love and use myself – I will share it here. I’ll provide product reviews, sponsored posts, and fun giveaways in order to share opportunities for you to experience these products for yourself.
If a post is sponsored, I will clearly label it. As always, all opinions are my own, and I write my own blogs.
